“ Prego, you're not the sexiest girl on the block driving by-but man, you are excellent!! My boyfriend and I popped in Sunday night with no expectations. My bf had expectations that this place may be a little on the stuffy side- granted their years in business. Let me tell you! We have been driving by A GEM for years!!!! I'm now obsessed with this place, their friendly patrons and the INCREDIBLE FOOD! we sat at the bar. Our bartender was so helpful and friendly. Everything we ordered was as fantastic. I don't eat red meat, and they actually offer veggie lasagna here! It was absolutely delicious. I'm eating it again tonight and am not emotionally prepared for when it is gone. This is one of the GREAT restaurants Dallas still has. It's become overrun with chain and mediocre everything. Come support this spot- you won't regret it! ”

The salads have a light Italian dressing and the portion size is just right. Make a point to go eat at Prego's! ”
“ Wow!! Shrimp Prego is now my favorite dish in Dallas!! Ok folks, get ready to have your socks knocked off. This is such a delicious and amazing dish. Fresh perfectly cooked lightly battered butterflied shrimp with an incredible lemon butter and capers sauce. Get it ASAP! Here is the story... I had already eaten lunch and joined friends for a late lunch to chat. This dish passed us going to another table and it totally caught my eye. The presentation was awesome. I asked the waiter what that was, he told me and I said I want that too. Best decision I've be made in years! I ate the whole thing. Ugh - 2 lunches and I was not hungry. One bite and I could not stop. I could not wait to come back! GO, GO, GO!!!!! ”
